Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month at 12 p.m. at the society's offices and library at 105 Court Street, Senatobia, MS. The Library is open each Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Tate Trails is The Quarterly Publication of the Tate County Mississippi Genealogical & Historical Society, Inc and is offered at $7.50 per volume for years 1983-2000. Each volume consist of four issues.

A History of Tate County was published in 1975 and edited by Mr. Howard Carpenter. This book contains 358 pages and is offered at $5.00.
